MELTDOWN, a company with a capital of €5,338, registered at the PARIS Trade and Companies Register under the number 750 986 218, whose head office is located at 40 rue du Château d'Eau, 75010 PARIS, organizes through its mobile application a draw with no obligation to buy from 03/09/2020 at 10:00 am (UTC).
Article 1: regulatory approval
Before participating in the draw, the participant must read and accept these following rules.
Article 2: Participation in the prize draw
This draw will take place online, via the Meltdown mobile application. It is open to all natural persons who have the application and a Meltdown account, exceptions are staff members of the company organising the game. If the participant is a minor, he/she must have obtained the authorization of his/her legal representative (parent or guardian) to participate.
Registration for the draw is made by pressing the "PARTICIPATE" button and must take place before 30/11/2020 at 22:59 (UTC). It is possible to enter more than once, each new entry adding an additional chance of winning.
Any fraudulent behaviour would immediately and irrevocably lead to the cancellation of the offender's participation.
Article 3: Conduct of the draw
In order to designate the winner of the game, a draw will be made under the control of Meltdown on 01/12/2020. It will designate a winner with whom we will contact by email within 15 (fifteen) days and will have to provide within 8 (eight) days all the information necessary for the sending of the prize. In case of refusal of the winner to send the information within the time limit, the winner will be removed from his prize. No message will be sent to the losers.
Article 4: Prize
The prize is 1 Samsung Gaming Monitors C24FG70, personal and non-transferable. To award the prize we need a verification of the winner's identity. The prize may not be exchanged or taken back.
The prize will be sent by the organising company by post to the address indicated by the winner, within 90 (ninety) days from the date of the draw. Under no circumstances may the organising company be held responsible for the time limit for the prize to be delivered to the winner in the event that the winner is unable to benefit from his/her prize due to circumstances beyond the control of the organising company. The organiser also reserves the possibility, in the event of events beyond its control and if circumstances so require, to replace the prize with a prize of equivalent value.
By the fact of accepting his prize, the winner authorises the organising company to use his pseudonym, first name, any photos taken when the prize is awarded, as well as the indication of his town and department of residence in any advertising and promotional event, on the website of the organising company and on any affiliated website or media, without this use giving rise to any rights and remuneration other than the prize won, for a period of twelve months from the date of closure of the Game.
Article 5: Liability
Participation in the draw is the sole responsibility of the participant. The organizing company shall not be held liable for any damage, material or immaterial caused to the participant, or any direct or indirect consequences that may arise in particular on his personal, professional or commercial activity on the occasion of participation in the draw.
Article 6: Personal data
The personal data of the participants, collected directly by the site or the mobile application Meltdown, Meltdown or via its technical service providers, are necessary to allow their participation, organization, determination of winners, the allocation of the prize. Disrespecting one of these rules may invalidate the draw participation. The information provided herein is only intended to the organizing company.
The organizing company ensures the collection and processing of personal information in respect of privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms. By virtue of articles 39 and 40 of the law dated 6 January 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his personal data. The User exercises this right via :

Article 7: Litigation - Competent courts
These rules are subject to the French law. In the event of contradiction between the provisions of these rules and any message and/or any information relating to the draw, the provisions of these rules shall prevail. Any dispute that may arise during the execution of these rules will be resolved amicably between Meltdown and the participant. In the absence of amicable agreement, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts, according to the provisions of common law applicable in force.
